Coffee as a Mindfulness Exercise!

Coffee is one of my favorite mindfulness tools, especially if you're a coffee addict like me 😇😇 Use the experience of having coffee to get very present. What does the coffee look like? Notice what it smells like. Notice the feeling of the coffee in your hands, the comforting warmth ... what is the texture of the mug or cup? By focusing on these details you're drawn into the present moment! This has become a really special practice for me ❤️
