Bracelet Restring (with original silver)

We love for our bracelets to be well-loved, but we also know that lots of love means lots of wear and eventually they can break.  As part of our quality promise, we will fix any bracelet for free if it breaks within the first year after purchase (please reach out directly through the chat on our site or by email if this is you). 

Please Note: 

• We cannot start the repair until we receive your beads, so make sure to send them to us as soon as you can!  (Address provided upon purchase)  

• If we do not receive your original bracelet, we will be unable to complete your order.  If we do not receive it (or at least hear from you) within 30 days of placing your order for a bracelet repair, we will cancel your repair order and refund you.

• As Mala Revolution grows, so does our recycle program.  Each repair is done in the order in which they arrived.  Please be patient while waiting for your repair.  Each repair is done with quality in mind and can take a bit of time, so we can't guarantee delivery in a certain timeframe, but we do our best to get them back to you as quickly as possible!
